Health Partners New England is now TaraVista HealthPartners. We are located at 30 Monument Square, Suite 101, Concord, MA 01742.

Launching Inpatient Units

Health Partners New England and its founders have successfully launched new units on-time and on-budget commencing with market analyses of need, support and testimony for DON and CON Board reviews, financial modeling, architectural and build-out support, creation of policies and procedures, CMS and local regulatory reviews, hiring and training of all staff and on-going management of the new service.

Launching a new unit requires coordination of many internal and external people and processes. We have done it. We can help your hospital succeed in this complicated but very worthwhile endeavor. Our market research and financial modeling has contributed to senior hospital administrative support and Board approval to create new services, to add beds to existing services, and to relocate to larger space to accommodate future growth. Each such project we have completed continues to meet the expectations we set years ago.

Patients are helped, hospital finances improve, and administrators and their Boards are supported in their work as stewards for their organizations.
