Services

Our Approach

Our approach for management, acquisitions, and green-field projects share a common thread. We are a purpose-led organization with a methodology to create and maintain organizational health.  For us, organizational health is achieved when highly effective leaders and teams deliver quality services from staff who are engaged contributors to the corporate mission.

Unit Management

Over the past 20 years we have helped many hospitals improve their financial performance through multi-year contracts to manage their psychiatric, substance use disorder, child, adult and geriatric inpatient services. Hospitals elect this service to accomplish significant operational changes to increase census, improve unit-based management, and/or to improve clinical performance and regulatory compliance.

Launching Inpatient Units

We have a track record of successfully launching new units on-time and on-budget commencing with market analyses of need, support and testimony for DON and CON Board reviews, financial modeling, architectural and build-out support, creation of policies and procedures, CMS and local regulatory reviews, hiring and training of all staff through to on-going management of the new service.

New Facility Development

New facility development is an exciting step for any organization to undertake. We help with planning, market analysis, financing options, talent acquisition and launch.

Consultation & Leadership Development

Our consulting team can assist in a variety of ways to help you deliver better care. We provide market analyses and strategic planning and can create a plan of action for operations, program formation and talent acquisition. Each project is overseen by Dr. Krupa, TaraVista HealthPartners, principal owner. We also offer leadership development through mentorship, executive coaching and goal setting. Departments in transition sometimes need a stabilizing presence during a period of unexpected disruption and environmental challenges such as we experiencing now. We can assure not only an on-site professional but someone who draws on the resources of a company that can supplement skills and knowledge unlikely to be found all in one person.
